How should you use your Mammae

Beforehand:
Place the nursing pads between the nipple and the inner bra.

While feeding:
Open the outer cup. Your nipple is now exposed. You can easily open the outer cup with one hand.

During feeding:
When the baby is ready, remove the nursing pa d to expose the nipple. During feeding the nursing pad can be stored inside the inner lining of the outer cup. So that you don’t need to keep a hold of the nursing pad.
